Read this section carefully! These terms serve as a mutual agreement to ensure the best possible experience for both parties.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are 80% refundable, provided they are made at least 48 hours before the tour. Otherwise, 100% of the tour cost will be charged due to the company’s logistics and administration management, which incurs expenses related to reservations and entrance fees made with your payment.

Modifications:

Modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour starts. If the request is made after this period, changes will be subject to availability. Alabalti Atacama reserves the right to modify tours due to adverse weather conditions or park closures by local communities. In case of such modifications, reprogramming the itinerary will be prioritized over cancellation, and the client will be informed in advance. Occasionally, reserved tours may be transferred with the client’s consent, always ensuring that the change benefits the traveler.

Meal Options:

Vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meal options must be communicated in advance at the time of booking.

Considerations for Tours:

Due to the remote location of the tours, there will be no opportunity to purchase food or water during the excursion. It is recommended to buy snacks and water the day before.

Responsibility and Itinerary Changes:

The agency is not responsible for park closures, and changes to the itinerary may occur without prior notice. The agency is also not responsible for lost or stolen items; personal belongings are the individual’s responsibility.

Policy for Pregnant Women and Children

If the participation of pregnant women or children in tours prohibited for them is not informed to the seller, participation will not be authorized, and no refunds will be provided.

National Park Tickets

Tickets for CONAF national parks can be paid for at the agency or pre-purchased with your online seller, either by adding them to your reservation or at the end. The company will handle the purchase of tickets, with payment made at the end of the tour.
